DigiAI Studio (digiaistudio.io) is run by Arasaratnam Sasikumar, a sole proprietor in Singapore. This page explains what personal data the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: hello@digiaistudio.io.
What we collect
Account. When you join we store your name, email address, a hashed password, the date you joined, your membership level, the prompts you have unlocked, and the last few tutorials or prompts you opened (so your account page can show them). You can change your name, email and photo on your account page.
Google sign-in. If you use “Continue with Google” we receive your name, email address and Google profile picture from Google, and we store your Google account identifier so you can sign in again. We do not receive your Google password and we do not post to your Google account. You can remove the link from your Google account settings at any time; your DigiAI Studio account stays and you can set a password for it.
Payments. Memberships and single prompt unlocks are paid through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our server. We store what Stripe tells us about the payment: the amount, currency, date, the Stripe payment and subscription identifiers, and which item you bought. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
Email. We send transactional email only: welcome, password reset, receipts, membership changes. We do not sell or rent your email address. If we start a newsletter it will be opt-in.
Technical data. Our host (Hostinger, servers in the EU/Asia region) keeps standard web server logs with IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. Google Analytics, when enabled, collects anonymised usage statistics.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work: a login cookie when you sign in, a short-lived cookie during checkout, and a cache cookie from our hosting. Stripe and Google set their own cookies on their pages when you pay or sign in. YouTube videos are embedded with the privacy-enhanced player, which sets cookies only when you press play. Analytics cookies, if used, are anonymised and you can block them in your browser without losing any feature.
Why we are allowed to use your data
We process your data to provide the account and the content you asked for (contract), to meet our legal and tax obligations (receipts), and to keep the site secure (legitimate interest). Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@digiaistudio.io. We answer within 30 days.
Deleting your account
Request deletion from your account page (Profile tab) or by email. We confirm by email before deleting. We remove your account, membership and unlocks; payment records stay with Stripe and in our accounts for as long as Singapore tax law requires (currently five years).
Who else sees your data
Only the services needed to run the site: Hostinger (hosting and email), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in and analytics), and YouTube (video embeds). We do not share personal data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters to you, we will say so on this page and, for members, by email.
